Need to cancel your order?

Before submitting your cancellation request, please read the following information:

• If you have an account, you may request a cancellation or return directly through your customer account whenever the option is available.
• If your order has not yet been shipped, you may use this form to request a cancellation.
• If your order has already been shipped or delivered, you may still use this form to notify us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
• If your order has already been delivered, your cancellation request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order.
• Please do not return your order until you have received our confirmation and return instructions by email.
• Once your return has been approved, the item must be returned within 14 days.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• The right to cancel or withdraw does not apply to commissioned artwork or custom-made products, including prints produced in custom dimensions.

• Your order number.
• The product(s) you wish to cancel. If you are not cancelling the entire order, please specify which item(s) you wish to cancel.
