I hope my paintings bring you a lot of joy and you are satisfied with them. My goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let me know and I'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
However, if for one reason or another you want to return the item you bought from the online store, you are entitled to make a return within 14 days from the day you receive the last item of your order.

If possible, please try another payment method. Occasionally PayPal performs additional payment verification, which may cause a short delay before your payment is completed.
Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link. Most international orders are shipped with UPS (within Finland, Matkahuolto).
If you have questions about your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier first, as they have the most up-to-date information. In some cases, parcels are redirected to a local pickup point even if tracking shows Delivered. If the carrier cant help, contact me and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Yes! We ship worldwide (with a few country exceptions). Shipping is free on all orders over €100. For smaller orders, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout after entering your delivery address.
If you're ordering to an EU country, VAT is already included in the prices and you won't need to pay customs duties or additional import taxes.
If you're ordering outside the European Union, such as to the UK or the US, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees.
In many countries, original artworks and fine art prints can be imported duty-free, and in some cases tax-free, up to certain value thresholds.These rules vary by country and may change over time.

Yes. If your first order hasn’t been shipped yet, we automatically combine unframed print and bookmark orders into one shipment whenever possible. Orders are usually packed and shipped between Wednesday and Friday every week.
If your order hasn't shipped yet: you cancel your order by logging in to your account and select the order you wish to cancel.
Then simply place a new order in the correct size. We'll process your refund as soon as possible.
If your order has already shipped:
Please wait until it arrives. You can then request a return within 14 days here.
Returns are at the customers expense. Once we receive the item in it's original condition, we'll process your refund as soon as possible.
This depends on the artwork.
To reduce the risk of damage during transit and to keep international shipping safer and more cost-effective, most medium and large original paintings are carefully rolled and shipped in a protective tube.
Whenever an original painting is shipped stretched, framed or ready to hang, this will always be clearly stated in the product description. Smaller original paintings are often shipped ready to hang.
Worldwide shipping is usually included in the price of original paintings.
If you live in Finland or plan to collect your artwork in person, you're welcome to contact me before placing your order. If possible, I may be able to arrange delivery of paintings that would normally be shipped rolled as ready-to-hang artworks instead.
Original paintings are not usually sold with decorative frames. This allows you to choose whether you'd like to display your artwork unframed or have it professionally framed to suit your own interior and personal style. If a decorative frame is included, it will always be clearly stated in the product description.
An original painting is a one-of-a-kind artwork. Only the original captures the true surface texture, brushstrokes, metallic leaf details, pearlescent effects, and any glow-in-the-dark elements that may be part of the painting.
Both canvas prints and fine art prints are high-quality reproductions of my original artwork. Although their surface is smooth, modern giclée printing captures an incredible amount of detail, often creating the illusion of texture.
Canvas prints have a textured canvas surface and do not require glass. If you choose a stretched canvas print, it arrives ready to hang and does not require additional framing.
Fine art prints on paper are printed on museum-quality archival paper and should be framed behind glass or acrylic to protect them from light, dust and humidity.
A fine art print (also known as a giclée print) is a museum-quality reproduction of an original painting, created using archival pigment inks and premium fine art paper.
Unlike standard posters, giclée prints are produced with exceptional color accuracy, rich detail and excellent longevity. They are printed on acid-free, archival paper designed to preserve the artwork for decades when properly cared for.
Although the print surface is flat, the exceptional print quality reproduces the details of the original painting with remarkable depth, often creating an almost three-dimensional appearance.
All of my fine art prints are individually signed and, unless otherwise stated, released as limited editions.
Both paper options produce exceptional print quality and look very similar.
Matt Fibre is a premium cotton-cellulose fine art paper with a beautifully smooth matte finish and excellent color reproduction.
Hemp is my highest-quality paper. Made from natural cotton and hemp fibres, it is slightly thicker, has a luxurious tactile feel, and offers outstanding depth and richness of color.
Both papers are archival, acid-free and designed for long-lasting fine art printing.
Yes. All fine art prints are individually signed. Limited edition prints are also individually numbered.
Vintage Framed Prints are also signed and numbered individually. Depending on the framing, the signature may be found on the back of the print rather than on the visible front.
Yes. All fine art prints, including Collector's Prints, Studio Prints, Canvas Prints and Vintage Framed Prints, are numbered individually andreleased as limited editions.
A limited edition means that only a fixed number of prints will ever be produced. Once an edition sells out, it will not be reprinted or restocked.
Please note that the artwork itself may occasionally appear in other products, such as calendars or books, but the limited edition print will never be reproduced beyond its stated edition size.
Studio Samples are also signed, but as they are often one-of-a-kind testprints or unique studio pieces, they may not always be numbered.
Calendars are produced in limited quantities but are not signed unless otherwise stated.
Every effort is made to reproduce the colors of the original painting as accurately as possible.
Because every original artwork, monitor and printing process is unique, slight color differences may occur. In some cases, minor adjustments are intentionally made to ensure the printed version achieves the best possible result.
Unless otherwise stated, all prints are sold unframed.
The exception is the Vintage Framed Prints collection, where each print is sold together with its vintage frame. If a print includes a frame,this will always be clearly stated in the product description.
For the best viewing experience, I highly recommend framing your fine art print behind museum glass (anti-reflective glass) or anti-reflective acrylic. This minimizes reflections and allows the artwork to appear as close as possible to the original painting.
Although you may choose to display your print without glass, I don't recommend it. Even museum-quality fine art paper can absorb moisture over time, collect dust, and gradually fade if left unprotected from UV light.
Canvas prints do not require glass. They are finished with a protective varnish to help protect against UV light and dust, and the edges are printed to complement the artwork, making stretched canvases ready to display without additional framing.
When choosing a frame, feel free to match it to your own interior style. Many of my paintings work beautifully with natural wood frames, such as oak or light wood, as well as elegant gold or antique-style frames.
To ensure the longest possible lifespan, I recommend displaying paper fine art prints behind glass or acrylic. This helps protect them from UV light, dust and humidity.
Canvas prints have a protective varnished surface and may be gently dusted or carefully wiped with a soft, slightly damp cloth if needed.
Both unframed paper prints and canvas prints should be displayed and stored in a dry indoor environment with stable room temperature. Avoid excessive humidity, prolonged direct sunlight and large temperature fluctuations whenever possible.
Original paintings should be displayed indoors in a dry environment away from excessive humidity and prolonged direct sunlight.
The varnished surface may be gently dusted or carefully wiped with asoft, slightly damp microfiber cloth if needed. Please avoid using cleaning products, solvents or abrasive materials on the painted surface.
If your painting was delivered rolled, allow it to acclimatize to room temperature before stretching or framing. For larger works, I recommend having the painting professionally stretched and framed.
If the wooden stretcher bars ever become warped due to significant changes in humidity or temperature, they can be replaced by aprofessional framer. This does not mean the painting itself has been damaged.
Yes. Custom sizes are available for both fine art prints on paper and canvas prints. If you're looking for a specific size, please feel free to contact me at hello@jenniinberg.com to discuss the available options.
At the moment, the shortest side of a custom print can typically be produced up to approximately 100–110 cm (39–43 inches), depending on the artwork and print format.

Yes. I accept a limited number of original painting commissions each year.
Commission slots usually open only a few times annually, most often around September–October, and availability is announced through my newsletter and social media.
